Forest Knolls is the home of the Seahawks Swim Team. In 2025, we’ll compete in division “F” of the Montgomery County Swim League (MCSL). Swimming with the Seahawks is a great way for kids to make friends at the pool, share a team-building experience, have fun and participate in a healthy activity over the summer.

The season is 9 weeks long (May 28th – July 27th) and team members participate in regular practice sessions and competitive meets held on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Children of active pool members between the ages of 4 and 18 are encouraged to join the team.
