Join us for a day full of food, games, and activities! *No morning lap swim on July 4th.

Independence Day Extravaganza! 

Pool Opens 11am: The doors will open when guards are ready. Be sure to check in as usual but don’t be surprised if you need to wait a minute for guards to be available – they will be busy!

Celebration begins: 1pm

What to bring: extra chairs if you’d like to ensure you have a seat. And patience! And potluck items (details below).

Schedule: 

1:00 potluck – Last names A-L please bring a side dish, last names M-Z please bring a main dish. Please provide something that serves 10-12 people. Everyone who brings something can partake in the potluck! Please bring a serving utensil as well.

At 1:45 we have a special performer ready to perform the National Anthem and then Coach Jack and Coach Sean will get things started!

• Water Balloon Toss – front lawn
• Greased Watermelon
  • 10 & under shallow end of the pool
  • 11-14 shallow end of the pool
  • 15 and up diving well (teens vs adults) 
  • AS ALWAYS: no biting, eye gouging, or use of foreign objects in pool.
• Watermelon slices will be served shortly after the greased watermelon competition.
• Coin Toss – baby pool – we still need coins!!!
• Coin Toss – Big Pool – we still need coins!!!
• Big Splash low dive
• Big Splash high dive
• Baby Pool games (We will provide games; volunteers are needed to run them!)
• 21+ game in the well!!!
• T-Shirt Relay – diving well
• CLOSING EARLY AT 6pm!

We could use another 2-3 volunteers to help with organizing the potluck and cleaning up when it’s finished. We also need someone to run the baby pool games. Thanks in advance!
